Graham’s Foundation was created to educate and inform preemie parents so they feel empowered and confident while they navigate the journey of prematurity. Carter's Cause was started in honor of Carter Moore Oldehoff who was born a micro-preemie at 24 weeks and 2 days.  After 74 hours of life Carter took his last breath.  Carter's parents started Carter's Cause to support others going through the NICU or loss journey.  Learn more at https://www.carterscause.org/
